Meza AI provides AI-powered customer success automation platform that includes:

  • Automated customer health monitoring and churn prevention
  • AI search and reasoning capabilities for customer insights
  • Workflow automation and task management
  • Integration with third-party customer relationship management tools
  • Analytics and reporting features

3. User Accounts and Registration

To access certain features of our Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
  • Maintain the security of your password and account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

6. Data Ownership and License

You retain ownership of all data you submit to our Service. By using our Service, you grant us:

8. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Meza AI and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

9. AI and Automated Decision Making

Our Service uses artificial intelligence and machine learning algorithms to provide automated insights and recommendations. You acknowledge that:

  • AI predictions and recommendations are not guarantees of future outcomes
  • You remain responsible for all business decisions based on our Service
  • We continuously improve our algorithms but cannot ensure perfect accuracy
  • Human oversight should be maintained for critical business decisions

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Meza AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business interruption.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Meza AI from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination:

  • Your access to the Service will cease immediately
  • We will provide data export capabilities for 30 days
  • All outstanding fees remain due and payable
  • Provisions regarding liability and indemnification survive termination

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of California, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in San Francisco, California, except for claims that may be brought in small claims court.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to users with 30 days advance notice. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
