Viewing Smart Tasks
Go to Tasks
Navigate to Tasks in the main navigation.
View Suggested Tasks
Smart Tasks appear in the "Suggested" tab, prioritized by urgency and impact.
Review Task Details
Click a task to see the AI reasoning and supporting data.
Accept or Dismiss
Accept to add to your task list, or dismiss if not relevant.
Syncing to CRM
Accepted Smart Tasks can be automatically synced to your CRM as tasks:
- HubSpot — Creates tasks linked to the Company record
- Salesforce — Creates Tasks linked to the Account
Configure sync in Configuration → CRM Sync → Task Sync.
