Health Tags
Health Tags provide a quick visual indicator of account status. Configure automatic rules or manually assign tags to categorize and prioritize your accounts.
What are Health Tags?
Health Tags are customizable labels that help you categorize accounts based on their current status and needs. Unlike numeric health scores, tags provide an intuitive, at-a-glance way to understand account health and prioritize your work.
Tags can be automatically assigned based on rules you configure, or manually applied by CSMs. They integrate with filters, workflows, and notifications throughout Meza.

💡 These are default tags. You can customize names, colors, and create additional tags.
