Custom properties and attributes for your accounts.
Overview
Account Traits are custom properties you can add to accounts in Meza AI. Use traits for filtering, segmentation, and personalized workflows.
Built-in Traits

| Health Score | Number | AI-calculated health (0-100) |
| Journey Stage | Enum | Current funnel position |
| Last Activity | Date | Most recent product activity |
| User Count | Number | Total users in account |
| Created At | Date | Account creation date |
Custom Traits
Add custom traits from your data models or manual entry:
- Industry — Customer vertical (SaaS, Healthcare, etc.)
- Plan Type — Subscription tier
- Region — Geographic location
- CSM Owner — Assigned success manager
- MRR — Monthly recurring revenue
Adding Custom Traits
- Go to Configuration → Account Traits
- Click Add Trait
- Enter trait name and select data type
- Choose source: Data Model field, CRM sync, or Manual
- Save the trait
✅ Tip
Traits from your Accounts Data Model are automatically available. Add custom traits for data from CRM or other sources.
